For installers and integrators: trade terms, ETS and deployment

You install KNX or Loxone and your customers ask for an app, voice and remote access. We supply the hardware, the sizing and French-speaking technical support — without imposing services or competing with you.

Our position is simple and it does not move: we are a distributor, not an integrator. We do not take projects, we do not approach your customers, and we do not install.

01Supply in France: lead times, invoicing, VAT

  • French invoicing and VAT, directly usable in accounting.
  • A reachable contact, in French, during French business hours.
  • Reference check against your real project before the order ships.
  • Returns handled by us, not by an English-only form.

02Integration into the ETS workflow

  1. Name properly in ETS upfront — group-address naming becomes the customer-visible interface.
  2. Structure by rooms: the ETS hierarchy is what the app will show.
  3. Import, then filter: service objects have no place in a consumer app.
  4. Run acceptance room by room before handover.
  5. Hand the ETS project over to the customer.

03Multi-dwelling and collective residential deployment

On a programme of several dozen dwellings, the challenge is no longer a single commissioning but its repeatability, and then its operation.

  • Standardise a model dwelling, validate it, then duplicate — the time saved is proportional to the number of units.
  • Plan network access to each dwelling from the design stage: it is the number-one blocker in operation.
  • Frame the handover: who administers, with which rights, for how long.
  • Equip operation with a supervision tool rather than a spreadsheet.

04Technical support and warranty handling

First-level support is you: you know the site. We step in at level 2 — compatibility, abnormal firmware behaviour, sizing arbitration — and we handle the hardware return procedure described on the support and warranty page.

For recurring faults, our troubleshooting guide lists the causes in the order in which they should be checked: it saves one site visit out of two.

05Becoming a partner

  1. Describe your activity: ecosystems installed, indicative annual volume, service area.
  2. We send you the applicable terms in writing.
  3. First order, with a free configuration check.
  4. Access to level-2 support and to renewal terms.

05What the French channel changes on a working day

The hardware you can order anywhere. What you cannot order anywhere is someone who answers a sizing question the same day, in your language, with the documentation open in front of them.

  • A pre-order check: you send the size of the ETS project, we confirm the reference before you commit it to a quote.
  • Level-2 support that starts where the manual stops — commissioning behaviour, network prerequisites, object mapping.
  • French invoicing and VAT, which removes the intra-community paperwork from every single order.
  • Stock and lead times stated before the order, so a site date is not hostage to an import.

For an installer, the economic point is not the margin on the box. It is the commissioning time you can quote with confidence, and the trips you do not have to make afterwards. A gateway that turns out to be undersized costs a return, a redesign and a conversation with the customer — three things nobody prices into the original job.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a reseller price list?

Partner terms exist and are shared in writing on request. We publish no grid until the terms are settled: a displayed figure must be a charged figure.

How long does a typical commissioning take?

Half a day on a KNX installation with a clean, well-named ETS project. Double that as soon as naming has to be redone — that is the real cost driver, not the hardware.
